What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is from 1 pm. Check-out time is until 12 noon. As an exclusive advantage of booking through our official website, we offer you the possibility of extending check-out until 3 pm, at no additional cost and subject to availability.
Can I leave the room late?
Late checkout can be requested at reception. Contact us and check our rates.
Can I choose the type of beds in my room?
As long as you tell us what your preference is in advance, we will try to meet your request, subject to availability.
Does Hotel Chamartín The One have adapted rooms?
Yes, and it is essential that you indicate in the comments section of your booking if you need us to assign you this type of room.
Are there smoking rooms?
Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms or throughout the facilities, in accordance with current Spanish regulations.
Is it possible to book the hotel only for a few hours?
For this, you should contact our Reception or Reservations department directly.
Can I eat at the hotel?
We have a Restaurant and Cafeteria. We start with breakfast from 7 am to 10:30 am and conclude with dinner, open until 11:30 pm. We can adapt to your needs for special schedules, as long as you make a request in advance, such as takeaway services, picnics, cold dinners... Ask us.
Can I hold an event at the hotel?
Hotel Chamartín TheOne has 13 function rooms of up to 400 m2, totalling 1,500 m2, to host events for up to 1,200 people. Discover our unique spaces and locations, such as our rooftop terrace. Please contact our Events Department.
Is there a charge for using the Wi-Fi in the hotel?
Internet access for guests is free of charge at Hotel Chamartín TheOne.
Can you store my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes, we offer left-luggage services exclusively for guests. Ask at our Reception.
Does Hotel Chamartín The One allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets, except guide dogs.

Is Hotel Chamartín The One well communicated with the main points of interest in Madrid and its surroundings?
Yes, we are in a privileged location, a stone's throw from Paseo de la Castellana, right next to the "Chamartín" train station, which allows easy commuter train travel; only 7 minutes from Sol; and 10 minutes from Madrid Barajas Adolfo Suárez airport terminal T4. Metro L10, L1. Bus no. 5 to Sol.
